**Refund Conditions**

* You have shipped the item back to us.
* The item must remain in brand-new, unused condition (including being unopened, never actually worn, and never touched or consumed by a pet).
* The packaging must be intact, all tags must be present, and there must be no visible stains or signs of use.
**Accepted Return Situations**
* The item has quality issues (damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description).
* You received the wrong item or an item was missing from your order.
* You simply do not like the item (provided the item remains unused).
**Non-Returnable Items (Please Note)**
* Products that have been opened, used, or touched/consumed by a pet (including pet food, supplements, toys, bedding, and other hygiene-sensitive items).
* Personalized or custom-made items, and promotional clearance items.
* Orders placed more than 30 days ago.
**Return Process**
Please contact us first via email (support@pawembrace.com) or through our website's customer service. Please explain the reason for the return and include your order number and photos of the item.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and a prepaid return shipping label (we cover return shipping costs for quality-related issues; for non-quality issues, you are responsible for the return shipping costs).
Please use the provided label to ship the item back to us in its entirety.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our criteria, we will process a **full refund** within **5–7 business days** (refunds are issued to the original payment method).

We will only issue a full refund after we have successfully received and inspected the returned item.
