Open your browser and go to our website: pawemrace.com
Browse the categories on the homepage or in the top menu (we recommend starting with "Best Sellers" or "Cats/Dogs").
Click on your favorite product to view details, ingredients, size, etc.
After selecting the size and quantity, click the orange "Add to Cart" button.
Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner to confirm the contents of your cart.
Click "Checkout," fill in your shipping address and contact information.
Choose a payment method (we support major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods).
Confirm your order and complete payment.
After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. We usually process and ship your order within 24 hours, and provide a tracking number.
Tips:
All products support 30-day returns (must be in brand new, unused condition).
If you encounter any problems at any step, or are unsure which product to choose for your pet (e.g., fish oil, joint chondroitin, comfort bed, etc.), please let me know your pet's information (cat/dog, age, weight, main needs), and I'll be happy to help you!

We want you and your furry friend to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a return service.
Return Period: You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods (based on the courier's delivery receipt date).
Refund Conditions
We will only process a full refund under the following conditions:
You have returned the item to us.
The item must be brand new and unused (including unopened, never worn, and never touched or ingested by a pet).
The packaging must be intact, with all labels, and free of obvious stains or signs of use.
Returnable Items
Items with quality issues (damage, defects, significant discrepancies from description).
The wrong item was received or was missing.
You simply don't like the item (but it must be unused).
Non-Returnable Items (Please understand)
Opened, used, or ingested products by pets (including pet food, supplements, toys, mattresses, and other hygiene products).
Personalized items and clearance sales. Orders older than 30 days.
Return Process
Please contact us via email (support@pawembrace.com) or website customer service, explaining the reason for the return and attaching your order number and a photo of the item.
Once the return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and a prepaid return label (we will cover the return shipping costs for quality issues; you will be responsible for the return shipping costs for non-quality issues). Please return the item intact using the labels we provide.
Once we receive and verify the item is in good condition, we will process a full refund (to the original payment method) within 5-7 business days.
Important Reminder
We will only process a full refund after successfully receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions (used, damaged, incomplete packaging, etc.), we will not be able to process a refund, but will discuss other solutions with you (such as a partial refund or exchange).
Shipping Information
For returns due to quality issues or our responsibility: We will cover the round-trip shipping costs. For returns not due to quality issues (simply disliking the item): Return shipping costs are borne by the customer; we do not charge a restocking fee.
